There are many medical or health ailments that may not harm the internal body systems and/or organs but then too, they trouble you a lot! The best example is hair loss! Of course, if it is of significance of some diseases or serious conditions, immediate medical attention is required but generally hair loss is not so harmful or fatal condition.

On a daily basis, falling of 40-60 hairs down is generally considered as normal. However, severe hair loss is due to several reasons right from the hormonal imbalance to individual’s mental state and from heredity to unhygienic or improper life/diet style. Whatever the reason is, if the hair loss is not due to major illness or diseases, they are ignored physically but are of utmost concerned cosmetically or publicly!

Fortunately, we have many hair loss solutions in today’s world where medical sciences have gone leaps and bounds! With the betterment and advancement of transdermal technology, now it is possible to treat the hair loss in very effective manner. There are mainly three ways to treat it namely surgical (hair implant), medical (modern allopathic medication) and natural (using alternative therapies and their formulas). Out of all, hair loss solutions that come from natural therapies are most sought after since they produce less or no side/unwanted effects.

Natural hair loss solutions include application of some local cream, gel or oil. These are the products that contain natural herbs that help in nourishing the hair roots and firm them. This way, they tighten the hair root and hence make the hair strong. The hair then less tend to fall or to shed off. Many alternative medicinal formulas use pills or powder to consume for healthy hair. Natural herbs such as Bhringaraja, Amalaki are considered to be very effective and are used as one of the natural hair loss solutions. In Ayurveda, it is said that one has to massage the head (scalp and hair) regularly with natural oil (such as Amala oil) in order to keep hair healthy and strong.

Some holistic healing practitioners and yoga gurus suggest having some yogasanas such as ’shirshasana’ in order to stop hair fall effectively. Yoga is believed to improve the blood circulation and hence can strengthen the hair roots by providing enough nutrients. Cutting off the spicy and oily food from the diet list is good to stop hair falling. Using natural shampoos and toilet bars are recommended. If the hair fall is too much and the condition is not responding to any of the normal treatment, it is better to consult some hair transplant experts.

Including dark green leafy vegetables, fresh fruit juices may help in keeping the hair healthy and strong. You can also have some multi vitamins supplements that can help nourishing the hair roots and can help in preventing the severe hair loss. Some alternative health care practitioners also favor therapy such as acupressure as one of the most effective hair loss solutions. Ayurvedic special treatment such as panchakarma is also believed to offer favorable results without any side, unwanted or harmful effects.

    Hair Loss!?
I’m 29 years old male who’s started losing hair.Actually, I always had thin hair but recently i’ve noticed that i’ve started losing my hair and they are getting thinner. What measures can i take to prevent or stop the process and improve the scalp/hair.
Also, back home there’s a myth that by using a hair oil(coconut oil, mustard oil etc…) on weekly or daily basis you improves the condition of your hair and scalp. Is the myth true? I came to Canada from Pakistan 3 years ago and personlly believe, that the dry, severe weather has a lot to do with my hair thinning/loss. Also, back home i was applying oil once a week or twice a month although because of the busy schedule and disbelief in the oil-myth I have not taken care of my hair the way I did back home(I read somewhere online that nothing will stop/improve a genetical change i.e when it’s time to lose hair, you’ll lose hair and nothing can be done.)
    So, Is there any solution?

Hair loss is caused by many reasons such as malnutrition, illness, tension and other health problems. It is normal to shed some hair each day as part of a cycle of growing new hairs and loosing some. Badly damaged hair breaks at the scalp. Check out http://usefulinfo-hairloss.blogspot.com/ for more info.
