This is what I eat and what helps my hair keep healthy and growing. It may be different for you. Remember everyones hair and scalp works differently.
Things I eat.
Porridge with milk
Herbal teas, juice and water
Green Vegetables, carrots, fish, chiken
eggs milk a littel bit of cheese dairy
I eat fruit such as grapes, strawberries, pineapple, coconut, pears and apples
vegetabels soups with wholemeal bread
Fish such as salmon, tuna and sardines
Lentils and kidney bean my new challange 
I balance this diet making sure I did overeat on one thing
and of course naughty foods Macdonalds! and chocolate! in moderation as a treat once a blue moon
I will be testing out my lentils to see fi I can achieve 1 inch growth in a month. I will let you know how it goes ^^
