Biotin is a water soluble B vitamin (By water soluble it means u cant overdose becuz any excess is ejected from your body in your )

It may or may not make your hair grow faster ( It does for me but some people say it doesnt work)

But It Will make it thicker (Definitely)

I take the highest dosage, 5,000 mcg (Can be found at walmart 4 like $3.00)

Take one a day (or however many u want but i just take one)

No real side effects but your facial hair will get thick as ……..believe me……

Dont buy any shampoo that claims it is better becuz it has biotin in it………because biotin isn’t even absorbed well through the skin…..

When I decided to make an herbal rinse for my hair. I chose particular herbs for the benefits that they would provide to may hair.

Horsetail–contains silica which makes hair strong. It also has magnesium it as well.

Nettle–improves scalp condition and growth, controls dandruff, and is also an anti-inflammatory.

Burdock root–is a blood cleanser and helps make hair stronger to improve growth. It can also be used to help prevent hair loss.

Chamomile–is good for brown and blonde hair color, it is also an anti-inflammatory. I could have chosen Rosemary because my hair is actually dark brown.

hey guys, so heres a tutorial that will show you how to scrunch your hair if it’s really hard to make it hold curl. it doesn’t take too long and doesn’t use many products. don’t go buy new products.. just us what ever you have lying around(: ALSO, it doesn’t use any heat!! what more could we ask for?
