This is my daily vitamin routine which I target mostly around supplements that will promote quick and healthy hair growth. Also, at the end, is a general list of foods that help hair growth also. Being healthy makes me feel really good and it shows results in my hair, I hope it does for you guys too. ^_^
P.S. I am about 9 weeks (about 2.5 months) post relaxer and I haven’t flat ironed my hair at all for about 4 weeks or so. ^_^ I’m proud of myself. It’s a great summer goal to not use heat tools at all. Try it, it really gives your hair a break.
